The entire team did a fantastic job from estimating to completion. The crew showed up on time, they were polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. We were getting some pretty bad drafts and clearly had insufficient insulation in our crawl space, we were under there and could see how it needed significant improvement. Not any more! We are much, much warmer and the sprayed in foam insulation even eliminated some of the subfloor creaks (bonus!) The air movement (CFM’s) decreased in our home by 750 CFM’s. No more wind tunnels. We could have done it ourselves but it would have taken much longer and cost us more. They also removed a lot of old metal decommissioned furnace trunks that needed to be cut out. A superior job from start to finish. So happy we brought in the Building Performance Pros, they are indeed pros!! We will be using them again for other projects.”
